Stays in place and super soft!!
I like the temperature and amount of time that this UTK heating pad delivers to because I need to use a heating pad for a long period of time to help with my pain. The heating pad is weighted, large in size, and made with high quality material that is very soft.The heating pad definitely helps with pain relief, and for the quality, performance, durability, and size I feel as though the price is right.Because it is weighted sometimes I do need help to move it around due to chronic pain all over my body. But I do you like how when I sleep sideways it stays on my back.

The best UTK products
I purchased the UTK heating pack last December as my Christmas gift. I loved it. The heating pad is comfortable and helped my painful shoulder. The remo control had problems on 23rd of February. I contacted the UTK Support Team. They contacted me quickly and replacing me a new controller. I am happy and enjoying my heating pad again.Carol Lin

Great product!
I now have purchased six items from this company. And I love each one of them. Itâs nice to have some with different function and be able to leave them in a designated room without having to unplug and move it from room to room. And itâs also nice not having to share!ðð this particular unit is nice because itâs a soft, plush velour feeling, it looks like it will be very easy to wash. Itâs got some weight to it but itâs not too heavy. And a variety of temperature controls that it has makes it just right for what you need. It will fold up and be portable for traveling which is nice. It wonât take up too much room. And somehow I think. My cats will be loving it come winter!

Great with just one MAJOR flaw…
Far superior to ‘larger’ drug store heating pads. Works great, wish it would stay on longer than the max time out of two hours. Was expecting this to feel ‘rocky’ w/the tourmaline, feels like heavy sand. Cat loves it ofc, on or off. One Major flaw which can be annoying>> The plug may slide out of the female end on the pad & when it does you have to plug that back in as well as the plug to your power surge strip. That comes out of mine often so sometimes in pain I need to get up & down over & over again to keep the pad on. Good price, def’ly helps with my pain, along with ice ofc. Seems it will quite some time. Highly recommend.

Purchased January 25, 2025. Stopped heating up March 17, 2025. This heating pad ceased functioning after a little over a month of use, a stark contrast to other heating pads that have lasted for years.

Nice size and soft
I like the size and feel of the pad. It is flexible and not stiff. I am able to wrap my lower leg from knee to ankle (I am 70â tallâ) so i get rid of knee and ankle pain at the same time. It is a bit larger than you need if all you have is lower back pain but heating the rest of your back at the same time is really nice. Heat up is fairly quick and the beads seems to hold the heat more evenly. At the highest setting it doesn’t seem as hot as advertised but itâs plenty warm. I think it is a good value for the price.

Seller has remedied the issues!
We have tried this pad twice, and original purchase and replacement. Both items have a wonderful pad is very comfortable. It feels great and is very flexible. However the controller on both of them would not stay on and would shut down into a flashing mode after 10 minutes that will only be cleared by unplugging the unit. returned both of them.UPDATE: The seller has remedied the controller problem, and sent me a new controller that works the way it should. This is a very nice heating pad, but itâs more, the deep heat really relieves back pain in my lower back. I use it every morning and itâs great!

Wonderful until it stops working
It gets hot quickly, is soft and comfy–but it stopped working suddenly. The company has great customer service and replaced the unit. So far, the second one is working perfectly.
